Bloodhound (confirm introduction)
Bloodhounds originated in the 8th century. This dog belongs to the ancient Alpine Brac Hound breed. There is little evidence to explain how long ago the bloodhound originated, but many authorities believe that bloodhounds were famous in Mediterranean countries very early in the Christian era.
It is known as a modern representative of the oldest breeds of trail hounds and signal hounds.
