blue eyed dog

There are many dogs with blue eyes. Generally, Huskies, Siberian Huskies, Border Collies, Australian Shepherds, etc. are likely to have blue eyes.

1. Husky is an original and ancient dog breed, and its name comes from its unique low cry. Primitive people in northeastern Siberia used this wolf-like dog breed as the most primitive communication tool to pull sleds. Whether a Husky is a purebred has nothing to do with the color of its eyes. Its eyes are black, blue and brown.

2. The Siberian Husky is one of the few breeds with genes that can produce blue eyes. It is easily socialized and likes to sleep with its owner. The breed standard for a sled dog is almond-shaped brown or blue eyes. It may have two brown eyes and two blue eyes.

3. The Border Collie is a special kind of sheepdog, bred in the British Isles. It has a keen eye and is extremely aggressive. Border Collies may have a mottled coat, which simply means that the coat has a completely diluted color, stripes or a darker color. The greater the concentration of pigment, the more likely the Collie will have blue eyes.

4. The Australian Shepherd is an active dog that developed in the United States and spends its days herding and helping ranchers. When the Australian Shepherd is herding, the elbow or hip is used to effectively control waterfowl. The almond-shaped eyes of the Australian Shepherd can be brown, blue, amber or any combination.

Dogs with blue eyes are not just good, dogs with blue eyes have poor vision.
